  : It was not ready when we get there at 3:00 they say we have to wait an hour for them to finish our room and we got the room like 4:30 we was driving 8 hours .They never clean my room. It was not a safe place. I asked for blanket for my bed they tell me that they don't clean the bed everyday so they can not give me blankets after three or four days to change my blankets. HORRIBLE

  : Room didn’t smell clean, bathroom had sand in the bath tub. Comforter had stains. Kind of noisy at night with guest slamming the doors at all hours. Tv wasn’t working, no coffee machine or microwave just a small refrigerator, the whole complex reeks of weed.

  : I reserved a room at this property for one night through Booking.com, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had staying somewhere.When we arrived, the room's door was locked. We asked the staff for help, but they initially ignored us. Finally, after about 40 minutes, one of the staff members called maintenance to fix the issue. Once we got into the room, it was dirty! The floor was filthy, and there were clear stains on the walls. We found that the fridge didn't work and the room had no electricity. When we informed the staff, they said it would take a day to fix the issue.We asked for another room, but they told us no other rooms were available at the moment. They also refused to provide a restroom or somewhere to sit while waiting (no chair and no restroom in the lobby!). The staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional. They also refused to provide a discount for the inconvenience. Frustrated, we requested a full refund, but the staff directed us to Booking.com, saying they were willing to fully refund it but it should be done through Booking.com.I called Booking.com customer service, and they spoke to the motel staff over the phone. Booking.com promised a full refund within a few days, or at most, a week. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund.During this time, I called the property and Booking.com several times. Booking.com is asking me to get confirmation from the motel, and the motel is repeating that they have already confirmed the full refund. Booking.com and this property have put me in a loop, and they are not willing to resolve this issue. In my last call, Booking.com customer service was constantly cutting the call on me. In the end, they said they (booking.com) could only provide 15 percent back!!!This experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and the property was poorly maintained. I strongly advise against staying here.
