  : There's no elevator. On the time of check-in the room wasn't still ready. The location surroundings are a bit strange.

  : The hotel had a nice design
  : Receptionist lady was extremely rude, did not really speak in English, although most if the guests were from abroad. We could not check in in time, the room was not ready, and when we got in, there was only 1 towel, and one small think blanket. They told us that breakfast was from 8-10, so we went down at 8:05, no plates, food was not ready. Next they we went down at 9:00, all the food and juices were gone, all tables are dirty.Also the room has a shared balcony which Ive found very uncomfortable.Overall was a bad experience.

  : The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the shower which was not ours. Noise everywhere as there are construction going on and music playing early morning. Staff doesnt speak english and a bit rude.

  : The staff and breakfast were amazing, other than that don't bother with this place. Good for one night's sleep and if you don't plan on spending more than one night. Someone blocked my car in the parking so all of them jumped to help. Thank you!
  : The nearby beach is pretty disgusting so don't plan on going there. The view from our room was pretty bad, but it's not the hotel's fault, just the neighborhood is pretty poor.

  : Nice, big room with the view on the sea and balcony. When you close the windows you dont hear any noise from the street. Clean towels.Nice people.
  : The breakfast was ok, good coffee, but at 9:00 there was not much left and we had to ask about every single thing to add to the buffet (like bread, eegs, ham, cheese, veggies etc The 9floor building without lift. We were lucky to not have the room on the last floor;)The bathroom could have use more cleaning, the ventilation openings had a lot of dust on:(There was no toilet paper in the room and also we could not get one in the reception, we got few napkins from the restaurant and bought tissues in the shop. Next day when we came back to the room there was no toilet paper but you could get one in the reception. The mattress was too soft (but that is my personal preference).The room is ok at first look but I would add little things to the room like small shelve in the shower for your toiletries, something to remove water from the floor after shower because whole bathroom was wet. A chair next to the desk would be nice.

  : It looks like it was clean, the air conditioning was working. I haven't got food poisoning.
  : I'm puzzled as to how a 4-start rating can be bestowed upon a hotel lacking an elevator. The location is notably subpar, with a rather dismal beach that is unfortunately quite unkempt. Also hotel finds itself in a less-than-desirable neighbourhood as you see a lot dumpsters, neglected buildings in the area. The deluxe room has a balcony, but it is misleading, as the balcony is shared with other rooms, negating any significant advantage of having a sea view when your privacy is compromised. To add to the list of disappointments, while a kettle is provided in the room, it comes without cups, instant coffee, or tea. Additionally, the bathroom lacks toothbrush glasses, and the shower cabin is relatively cramped. In a succinct summation of the staff, one could describe them as merely "functional". For instance, during breakfast, you're required to request coffee, and it's handed over the counter rather than being brought to your table. Regrettably, the breakfast experience also leaves much to be desired. It's advisable to arrive early, as replenishments for missing dishes are infrequent, and the overall selection is underwhelming. Typically, I'm accustomed to a difficult choice due to an array of temping options, but this was quite the opposite experience.
