Apartments Perfect holiday

  : The apartmant was clean and the pictures represented the apartmant correctly.
  : The check-in was a mess. The agency that supervises the apartment was unorganized and slow. On the call line, they said I received the voucher with information to register on the touristic agency address first, but I did not receive any via booking or email. Booking said someone would wait for me near the apartment, but I was waiting almost 2 hours in front of the apartment before someone arrived (this happened while I called multiple times and stated that I did not receive any info about the other address). On the apartment info, it's stated that it has wifi, but the internet signal was weak, 1 bar at most but mostly no signal at all. We arrived on Thursday. The agency employee said he would fix the wifi on Friday morning. They did not fix it during our whole stay there (4 days) despite me calling them to fix it. I needed to work on Thursday evening and Friday, but I had been forced to relocate to the near by bar with wifi and an electric plug. You should not expect to have wifi there.
