  : Now about what was positive. Firstly, the staff, from the reception, the restaurant and the room cleaning, to the kids club- and activities-team. They really work hard to make sure that the customers enjoy their holiday.The room was cleaned as needed, towels were changed as needed. Secondly, the availability of swimming pools not only for adults but also for children and babies. The hotel provides 6 nice pools with infinity pool on the top with excellent views. Spa and wellness are free for hotel guests, so you can visit it everyday without extra payment. The next positive point is sound isolation-it's very good. When the slide door is closed, there is no noise from the outside. In general, hotel design (rooms, halls) is nice and modern. In conclusion, I would like to say once again that the hotel staff and the people we met in Vodice are very friendly and always try to help. In my opinion, the hotel seems to be fabulous, but in reality the price of the hotel does not correspond to the quality that the hotel provides. All of the above gives the impression that the hotel does not have enough people in staff overall (cleaning service, restaurant, security, etc.)
  : We have chosen this hotel according to its very high feedbacks but unfortunately I can say that I've been rather disappointed then satisfied with the hotel.I will try to elaborate on all the points that were disappointing and also describe what was good.The first disappointment is although the hotel is almost on the first line, however, right in front of the hotel is the seafront, where there are entertainment machines and shops, so the noise from the seafront sometimes even after midnight, which did not allow you to keep open the door of the balcony even at night.The beach is also not the best in Vodice. It's very narrow and always full of people, so that there is just no place to stay (we walked the whole promenade and can say that there is a much better beach than the one in the hotel area).Second disappointment, the cost of the hotel stay is not commensurate with the level of services that the hotel provides included in the price. A baby bed for a toddler has to be paid for separately. Only one bottle of water ( for the family!) is provided in the room as a welcome to the hotel. Thereafter, you have to pay extra if you want a bottle of water.The third disappointment is the hotel restaurant, where guests have breakfast and dinner. It is more like a dining room on the backyard, without windows, without a view of the sea. The range of dishes is rather poor and monotonous. In addition, if you come to the end of breakfast or dinner, you do not get a good choice of dishes. They just stop being updated. This is not the 4 stars hotel level! The restaurant Sky on the top of the hotel is a separate establishment, so if you are not the customer of the restaurant, you're not allowed even to make a photo from this point.The next disappointment, the air conditioning system in the room looked unattended, with elements of dirt. In general, the whole hotel seems to be no older then 10 years but everywhere you can see points that already need to be renovated.
