WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Fern Forest Getaway in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
After booking, the property will email guests PayPal information. A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking in order to reserve your reservation. This payment can be made using Paypal or bank transfer. The remaining 50% should be paid upon arrival using Paypal or cash.

This property has no front desk. Guest will receive a lock box code to enter the property after payment is received.

The credit card CVC code is needed at the time of booking to charge the credit card.

There is a German Shepherd on property. If needed, the dog can be restricted to a separate area. Please note in special requests.

Please note: Breakfast and dinner are available per guest request at additional charge.
