  : Going through an additional booking company (Adriatic). It was very unclear that air conditioning wasnt included. Despite it being listed as a facility of the room. Also, no guests can print the booking voucher - as requested by Adriatic. Like, how and where? There is no printer in the village. We booked a Triple room - also not clear where the fold-out mattress would fit into the small room. Poorly advertised and a little disappointing. I would expect if AC is listed that its included, not an extra. Although you are running this as a business, its also guests housing for their holidays and someones income in a small and very charming village on Krk.
