  : On arrival we were shown to a room that had 2 single beds when we booked a queen size bed. The room was not clean and smelled of cigarettes. We were not asked if we wanted any other services like breakfast. We were given another room which was slightly better. However, I cannot recommend this to anyone.

  : Standards have slipped over recent years. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. No restaurant, so we had to go out after long journey to find somewhere to eat.Bath/shower fittings poor.
  : All of the above.We have been coming here for the last 10 years as a campanile hotel. The rooms and beds were always comfortable, the restaurant open and welcoming and the food good. There has been a gradual decline in the facilities over the last few years and it is now Kyriad and after this stay we will not use it again nor recommend it.
