  : Clean, comfortable hotel in the countryside, but near to many trails and lakes. Easy free parking. Good location for hiking, but a few km to restaurants in Lenggries (3km) or Bad Tolz (6km). Helpful & friendly owner. Owner provided gluten free bread once he realized that it had been requested. Wifi worked in the room. A stove-top, kettle & refrigerator was included in the room.
  : Breakfast was good but would be improved by more variety (if you stay as long as a week or more), more flexibility on the eggs (always hard boiled) and meat that was too fatty & too processed for us. The location was quiet but sleep was disturbed every night by the ringing of bells in the nearby church, especially at 4 am and every 15 minutes thereafter. Wifi did not work in the restaurant.

  : Charming place inside and out with lots of light. There is a warm family atmosphere and this is also clear in the little details. I loved the breakfast dining area! The owners were welcoming and helpful. Also walking distance to a river. Highly recommended
