  : The layout of the condo was great with lots of space for our family. The pool was nice.
  : We booked two units together and were told they were only one unit apart, however when we arrived, we discovered they were actually 2 buildings and many units apart., which was highly inconvenient for our family traveling all together. Also, the photos were a little deceiving. The premier units are on the second floor, which means you have no access to the grassy area with hammocks and bbq grills unless you climb through the bushes or walk all the way around the property. The buildings closest to the gate/office are quite far from the pool.The rules at the pool are terrible. You cant bring any outside drinks or snacks (including water bottles). We had staff confiscate Gatorade. I understand that they want you to buy their food and drinks, but we dropped $300 on lunch and drinks at the restaurant and then still couldnt use our water bottle and they took away a can of juice in our bag. Weve never been to a pool with such strict awful rules in any complex weve lived or visited. Also a grumpy old man tried to tell us our kids couldnt get in the hot tub The pool runs out of towels in the afternoon every day and you arent allowed to bring any other towels in or out.

  : We love the location. We also love the pool and restaurant. Also the condos are very nice but this particular unit was not as nice as the other units we have stayed in previously.
  : As noted above, the unit was not as nice or as comfortable as other units we have stayed. We also didnt have hot water. The hot water was short lived on the first day and then the rest of the weekend we had no hot water. Beds and pillows were not comfortable and neither was the couch. But the biggest problem was the hot water. Its not fun coming back from beach and pool and taking a cold shower. Updated: Right before checking out the management did send someone to fix the hot water. Since the hot water was intermittent, and we were out during most of the day we didnt realize it was completely gone until our last day so we should have called them earlier in our trip and they would have fixed it. We would definitely come back but stay in a different unit.

  : Location: northwestern part of Waikola beach complex and walking distance to the Hilton Waikoloa where I had a meeting Condos were fairly spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill
  : Pool is a bit small for the number of people and insufficient number of pool chairs

  : The Club House/pool was located beautifully above the water. Service was great. Food and drinks were very good.
  : Club House/pool were very far away, required driving in car. No view at all from condo.

  : WiFi worked great. Ocean Club pool and facilities were great. Excellent place to watch whales and took great pictures every morning. This is the 5th time staying in this complex in the last 10 years.
  : Condo is tired. Sofa is bad, master bed not comfortable. No way to watch local TV or anything in the living room or master bedroom. I had to watch everything UTube TV on my Ipad or phone.
