  : We loved the view, location, having a washer/dryer in the condo, liked how it was decorated, having the beach chairs,etc to use, keyless entry, and the pool was nice. We could see each morning, the maintenance crew busy working. They did an excellent job cleaning the pool! Kudos to them! Also your grounds staff were always doing their jobs! Also loved the lanai!
  : The liner in the tub/shower was moldy on the bottom, (can beach those, heck I think you could buy a new one.) We found moldy, awful smelling food in the microwave that someone had left in there. Also noticed on the rim of the washer it was starting to mold or get mildewy....probably hard because of the climate. The lanai glass table could of used a cleaning.

  : The location to beach and restaurants were perfect!
  : there’s a rooster… it starts at about 3:00 am and ends about 6:00 am right outside. That was the only issue we had.

  : The location of the complex is excellent, just across the road from the beach and close to a few restaurants, bars and shops. This unit (C507) is in a lovely block with gardens and a sea view from the balcony (to the side). The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, if a little dated

  : Beach chairs, coolers, mats were provided for use. Great beach location.
  : Pool was small, front loading washer smelled and air conditioner was old and did a fair job, could have been better.
