  : Comfort of bed, pillows friendliness of the staff.
  : Dirty, the room smelled like smoke. The comforter was dirty I’m not sure if it was blood or something else. We went and asked for more sheets and comforter, the next one we were given was also dirty. We ended up sleeping on and under the blankets we had in our car.

  : NOTHING, I had a broken window and i took videos and pictures before and they wanted to charge my card for, Also there were burned cigarette holes in the blankets….they charge deposits even if they damage was there before you got there

  : Location for sure, near to areas we visited
  : Extremely short staffed. If it's under renovation they shouldn't accept guests or even placed them in rooms that aren't finished. Hallways are dirty, carpets have not been cleaned for quite a while. Inside of the room is the same, cabinet doors are breaking, phone is not working (and if you go downstairs there was no one), you cannot open the window curtains probably due to some work being done, bathroom has some facility issues like drainage, very sharp edges and molds alike. I have a toddler traveling with us, it was concerning. I took some pictures just in case they will not give us back our $100 security deposit. As for breakfast we were told to walk to their "sister hotel" nearby (quality inn) because there was nobody to prepare/ refill whatever they serve or wait, we ended up going to a restaurant 2.1miles away. Staff are nice though.

  : The continental breakfast was sub par and was not serviced often by staff. The room was clean and practical. Staff were polite and helpful.
