  : Location, right off I-10. That’s ALL that we liked!
  : First of all, major construction going on at the front entrance and no indication of how to access entry. It was pouring rain and we got soaked trying to figure out how to get in. Breakfast was HORRIBLE! Eggs were watery and cold. No Juice AND Coffee was only one choice in a carafe and it was Cold! The waffle mix tasted spoiled. Will NOT stay here again. Not worth the price!

  : They were doing construction so very inconvenient to have to use the side doors for entrance. Also they painted the walls along the staircase (that you had to use to get to the additional floors and to your room) and good luck if you accidentally touch the wet paint or brush up against it , your clothes are now ruined. Also they drained my bank account ($175) because they claimed cigarette butts were found in the room but refused to show me any proof. They also never once mentioned it smelled like cigarette smoke inside the room or that there was any burn damage or anything. Finding Cigarette butts does not mean cigarettes were smoked inside the room which would warrant the extra fine I was charged but I know for facts there were no cigarette butts in that room. I think they saw us smoking outside and devised a plan to take the additional funds from me and blame it on cigarette butts inside the room. But refused to show me proof. Although I’m spending more money now hiring a lawyer, I can’t allow this hotel to steal from me and get away with it. Makes me wonder how many more people have had this same issue and guess what!? A lot of other guests have had similar experiences! They put your card on file (first red flag) so they already have your card number and info without needing your actual physical card and can charge whatever they want to it. I won’t let Best Western in Walker Louisiana bully me and steal my hard earned money! DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE IT IS THE WORST
