  : Friendly staff. Clean, inviting breakfast area where we gathered to eat dinner and play games. Great location that was easy to gind and pretty close to both the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum.

  : The location was great for travelers to The Ark Encounter/Lexington KY area. The hotel was clean as was the room, and it was located in a nice area close to the interstate.
  : One of our grandsons almost slipped and fell due to a mini fridge that someone had unplugged to defrost. They clearly never returned to the room afterward as the water had pooled a great deal across the floor to the other wall. When I addressed this with the front desk worker, she came to our room and said she’d get us some towels. She literally never returned! I wanted to complain in the am because we literally took care of it ourselves. We thankfully were able to get it working again because we had food that would spoil if we didn’t have use of it! Very disappointed in the circumstances and super grateful our grandson was not hurt!
