  : Location value to stay.
  : A hole in the wall. Four people staying had to go get towels for four. On two were in room.

  : We stayed here many times pre-covid and thoroughly enjoyed our visits. These owners are stuck in the Covid Era....sacrificing maintenance, services, and value just to increase their profit margins. Pity!
  : Try opening your Lobby, serving breakfast, clean rooms on a daily basis & hire a maintenance man. Room was in disrepair (i.e. broken toilet seat, towel bar broken and hole in wall. Towels are Paper thin and not absorbent. Floor was filthy!

  : There was no breakfast. There was not even a lobby open to the guests, just a walk-up window for check-in.
  : The bed in the first room we were assigned to was soaked through in urine. It smelled horrible! When my husband notified the office, they offered to change the sheets, but we asked for another room. The second rooms air conditioner was not working, in 90+ degree weather, so we asked for another room AGAIN. The third room was okay, but provided the bare minimum in terms of appearance (no pictures on the walls, etc. The air conditioner did cool, but was very loud when it kicked on throughout the night. Needless to say, we did not get much sleep. The management never made any attempt to compensate us for the very unpleasant experience and the inconvenience of moving rooms twice.

  : The bed was very comfortable and nice.It was a king sized bed.
  : Well, there were long strands of hair everywhere. It was in the bed, bathtub, and all over the room. It really took away the joy. Furthermore, the front desk was closed, and we couldn't complain to anyone. DLD.

  : The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag in a non- smoking room. Moldy bath mat and broken toilet paper holder. Room needed maintenance.

  : Location was fine, the young lady was so helpful made our problems resolved quickly. A + for her efforts.
  : Pillows were not comfortable, room smelled like people smoked marijuana ,

  : The room smelled of bleach had to get candles to burn to try to get rid of the smell.

  : Location - Warm Springs is a nice quiet town. As we only needed somewhere to sleep this was the best option. Reception area was closed so dealt with people through hatch. Room standard with 2 comfortable double beds, and microwave and fridge were useful. Hot water but bathroom could do with updating. We dont use room service but lady we saw was friendly and always asked if we needed anything.
  : Smell from air con and pillows a bit hard. It would be nice to have net or blinds at window so curtain could be left open for light to get in.

  : I like the fact that I didnt have to drive to far to get to my dad. There were lots to see !
  : The towel rack in my room was broken and also there were a big hole in the wall !
