  : The location is perfect. Beautiful view of the light house and the sea. Rooms were spacious.
  : The receptionist was very chaotic and confused upon our arrival. She did not even tell us that it was possible to go directly to the appartement with the car. So I had to carry the luggage all the way from the hotel, where I picked up the keys, to the appartement. When we had no television, it took them 2 or 3 days to repair it. We stayed 1 week and the bed linen was not even changed once.

  : Location was good because it is in the middle of all the restaurants and shops, opposite the beach. The apartment was clean & spacious.
  : The location is VERY noisy. The Am Leuchtturm apartments are 300m from the hotel, where you check in. The parking is 11pn and 500m from the hotel - 800m from your apartment. No one helps with luggage and the apartments have A LOT of narrow, dangerous stairs to get luggage up. The apartment is sparsely fitted out with ABSOLUTELY NO Wifi and the TV is small and limited. No English speaking channels and no cable TV. There is no toaster, and you are not part of the hotel - so not part of their breakfast. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive. We showed them an email regarding parking, which was contrary to what they charged us - and they just shrugged. I would NOT recommend this hotel or its apartments / there are MANY MSNY better hotels and guest houses in Warnemnde, which is a truly beautiful place to visit.
