  : The location is close to the centre and the beach. Big terrace with Strandkorb is nice for having breakfast. All equipment for cooking was there.
  : When I arrived, there was no Internet there. I tried to call this renting company, no luck. Later I came to the office (it is really close), one lady there told that there should be a free network without passwords etc. I came back to the apartment later and there was one network like that but Internet was not there. Next morning I called them and the person on the phone said she does not know what to do in this situation, asked my phone number to call me back but never did it. Later I came to the office again and the same very impolite lady (as she kept interrupting me all the time) told me that this is not their responsibility but the owner of this apartment. But I paid to this company and do not have any contact of the owner. Bottom line, she did not offer any refund or other solution to keep me satisfied. Ah no! She offered me to go to some public place and use Internet there. Thanks a lot! I needed Internet in the apartment in the evening as I paid for this! All in all, I got Internet one day in the evening but next day I was leaving. A little too late! Apart from that, there was a coffee machine but without coffee supply. Considering that I was there for 3 nights, it did not make sense for me to buy a coffee package, which I will not be able to use by the end of my staying. They could add this as a gesture I think.
