  : While the hotel staff was very professional and accommodating to my early morning arrival, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I entered the room and was taken back by the awful smell so I walked back out to head for the from desk. The nice housekeeping lady ask if everything was okay. I told her that I must've gotten a smoking room by mistake because the smell was obvious. Very quickly she said, Oh no this is not a smoking room. She followed me to the room and offered a can of air freshener to keep for the remainder of my stay, which was 4 nights. I just traveled 8 hours and drove 2 hours to reach the hotel. I was too exhausted to wait for another room, so I went to the local Walmart and purchased a fragrant candle and incense to cover the smell. Overall, the experience was decent for the price but I will stick with Marriott hotels.
