  : The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The shower overflowed into the bathroom causing use to use our towels to clean it up. There was vacuuming done at 10pm in the hallway.

  : Booked 2 rooms, 1st room had black mold all over ceiling, 2nd room given still had water marks then Found cockroach in room at bedtime. Not given discount or anything. The 2nd room booked still had trash in trashcan and towls hung up in bathroom door. Floor had sticky spots will never stay again would sooner sleep in car with 4 kids.

  : I flip houses for a living and you can sure see that there is a lot of deferred maintenance there. That location is so fabulous and there is so much more that can be done that would draw in more people. It would be lovely for someone to take control of that hotel and really make some decent changes. I think a lot could be done without spending a ton of money. I was really surprised that it was taking as long as it was to finish the tile in the entryway. I read in a review from a month previous that they were still working on that tile. That was mind-blowing to me. That tile job could have gotten done in one day. Also the elevator carpet is really dingy and not well taken care of. I noticed that some doors to units needed to be painted. You also have a large dining room where I guess there used to be a Mexican restaurant which many people enjoyed but apparently they couldn't get a liquor license approved therefore they had to vacate that location. If you had a Mexican restaurant inside there, you would have a ton more guests that would stay there. Plus someone needs to really put their eyes on this hotel and spruce it up.
