  : First of all, thank you for hosting us. The place was cozy and warm at night.
  : . Although I have to say that some things didn't meet our expectations.For example,we didn't have internet for our entire stay in Poland.I did what you suggested me to do and unplug the power but it didn't work.I did it repeatedly. Second of all, it would be nice to have the right amount of towels.One face towel for 4 people is not enough as it doesn't meet the basic sanitary requirements.Why would my father, that was ill,use the same one as me?Last but not least it would be nice to have clear instructions on how to reach to our apartment. There is no 11th floor and we didn't know we have to take the stairs. That is not the most important out of the three points made here but it's worth mentioning.

  : I am staying almost 12 days in this apartment but i have recieved only 1 towel and i recievd it after 2 days . so for 12 days 1 towel is not good

  : Good location, near center. Spacious apartment, nice view. Clean apartment.
  : Problems with heat.When I arrived at the apartment Ive noticed that the radiators were not providing heat. I contacted the property to see how the heat works in the apartment. The conclusion for that night was that I need to have patience and that they will send a technician next day.In the first night I basically had to sleep in cold, outside being around-4 degrees. The apartment is in the top of the building and the room has windows on both sides, every time when there was wind you could feel the cold air coming through the window, the bed being next to it.The second day I informed the property that in. case that the problem with the heat cant be fixed I would like to have a solution. Later in the afternoon when I came back to the apartment the heat was still not working. I contacted them again and they said that to have patience that the problem is still under review. it was supposed to sleep again in cold, as they didnt provide any solution. in the end I decided to leave the apartment and find another accommodation as my health is more important. I informed them that I want to cancel and to refund me the days for I will not stay there. After I said this they said that the technician was there yesterday and that the radiators are on and they cant do anything else. And with some minutes before they said that the problem is under review and have patience. it was hard to believe something from there as they were not consistent. And they said that most probably I will not get any refund.because of this experience wi the them I dont recommend this place, this is not the way to treat your guests.

  : Location was perfect. Flat was nice, quiet, warm and recently renovated.
  : I found a nappy inside one of the drawers of the bedside table. I got no reply after calling and texting the host. Shower drain was completely clogged and I had to deal with that myself. One of the toilet rolls had mould on it (how no one could actually notice that?!), bath mat was dirty. You could find a list of kitchen's equipment, but some of the items specified on that list were actually missing from the flat. If you get the flat on the 10th floor, you need to take the lift to the 9th floor and then stairs (as per instructions sent by the host), even though the lift is fully functional and it can easily take you to the 10th floor.
