: Everything was as it shown in the photos: cozy, clean, comfortable appartments. 5-10 minutes by foot and you are in old city, next to museums or the river. A good choice for a couple.
: Could be more towels (not just one for one person in seven nights period). A bit cold in the bathroom because there was no heating point.

: I rented this apartment for a week. We checked in on weekends and had no trouble besides that some furniture was broken. For example, the bed was broken at the base and it was propped up with several pieces of wood. On weekdays we woke up because of construction noise and we found out that all neighbouring apartments in the building are under renovation. At the entrance to the building even was a schedule of construction works, but the owner of the apartment didnt inform us about it before the booking. When we called to contact number and asked to change our apartment we received an answer we will contact our manager and nothing happened after that. The week after our check out 300$ was deducted from my card without any announcement and when I asked the apartment owner about it, the owner replied that it is I who broke the bed. I tried to prove that it was already broken when I checked in, but the owner refused to return it. Luckily I found a picture on my phone where it's visible that the bed is broken and fixed with wooden pieces under it. After I sent that picture as proof to the owner the money was returned to me, but less than it was taken because of the bank currency exchange rate.As a result, I want to highlight, that the apartment owner doesnt take care of his guests and cares about his profit only. I suspect he cheats his guests on money for the purpose, like he tried to do it to me. For sure it was known that it was very noisy before we rented a flat. Nobody acted when we asked to change our apartment. We were charged for a bed that we did not break. Terrible experience.
