  : Location in close proximity to Warsaw Center, right in the office area, self check with clear guidance, underground parking
  : Internet connection went down & wasnt restored during our stay, entrance doors hard to close, you can hear noises from apartment next door, air condition remote control not working

  : Location was great, near new trendy bars and food locations are just few min walk. Bed was comfortable so had a good sleep. There was a balcony to inner garden. That is the only things what we liked all the rest things were disappointing.
  : I had a long discussion about the parking even though I asked for it but I did not received it. They offered to park near by and send the bill, but I was not sure if they would cover it so found free spot near by. It is already ruined apartment and need some repairs. It was not very clean found some hair on the ground etc. There is a risk of not getting into apartment if the neighbour will lock the inner door and there is no key that could unlock it. So you dont feel secure if you will be able to enter the house without waking up a neighbour. So it is up to you if you want to take that risk. My recommendation look for something else, cause I would not choose this again.

  : It is reasonably close to public transportation. It is reasonably close to tourist areas. It is secure and safe. It contains everything needed for a short-term rental. It is very clean and quiet.
  : The drains in the shower and the bathroom sink need some repair. Laundry detergent should be provided for the washing machine. Washcloths were not provided. More towel hooks in the bathroom would be appreciated.

  : nice and modern apartment , perfect for a w/end trip to Warsaw
  : POOR cleanliness and maintenance !!! flat clearly was not cleaned properly before our arrival . Hair and crumbs on the floor , bathroom not cleaned ( limescale and yellow body fat visible on tiles) bed linen stained and ripped . One of the towel racks in the bathroom came of the wall before we arrived and was just left on the floor for us to find. When I txted to notify about the issues - no apology and no one even suggested replacing ripped linen or cleaning .

  : no they Mis lead us by lying in the description the staff lie and lie and lie avoid this place at all cost Ive been around the world and never have I had customer service like this its the worst Ive seen world wide do not stay here they do not give you your deposit back when stated
  : nothing customer service is terrible tv did notwork city view was a lie and the staff was rude and not helpful do not stay here unless you want to be let down and upset they lie and lie and lie about the description to when youget your deposit back never again in my life willI ever stay here or with p o apartments a bunch of clowns

  : the property asks for a deposit but: the dishes even though washed (probably in the dishwasher) were dirty (greasy or stained) and had to be hand washed before use; there is coffee and tea, but the kettle is disgustingly dirty, unusable; the corners of the walls are all damaged and dirty; one chair is missing a screw and I almost had an accident when sitting down.
