  : Its in a great location on a tree lined street near the train station with lovely local cafes and restaurants, the apartment was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower hot, and the sofa and table comfortable, the kitchen fairly well equipped except for an unusable sauce pan. And the apartment was quiet.
  : We found out on the day we arrived that we had to pick up the key 2.5 kilometers from the apartment, across town in rush hour. They said the key was nearby. Hah! Check in is at 16:00 (note: there is no ability to store luggage if you arrive earlier). My husband ordered a cab to go get the key while I waited with our luggage on the sidewalk outside the apartment for 2 hours, mostly on the phone with booking.com since the P & O phone message is only in Polish. When he arrived, after a 30+ minute cab ride, the key was not in the assigned lockbox and others were also waiting in disgust for their keys. He ended up walking back since a cab would take 37 minutes and he could walk it in 30. And .the pictures look pretty but dont let them fool you. There is no microwave or coffee maker when they were on the list of facilities provided, the lamp next to the sofa is broken, there is no strainer in the sink, there are no hooks or racks at all in the bathroom, no shower curtain, the toilet is in the shower, the bottom sheet of the bed barely covers the bed so in the middle of the night you find yourself sleeping on the bare mattress. I would be kinder about the small things wrong if it werent for the key episode. I hope they change this craziness.

  : The bed and balcony and size of the place is great, it's also a wonderful location
  : There was lots of black hair all over the apartment and you have to be careful if you like long showers because you could flood the bathroom by mistake

  : It has been really a suprise that the property is located so far from the office where the keys had to be picked up. The instruction when it was sent, of course explained it. However, it still a long distance between the office and the apartment, especially if someone needs to stay for one night.

  : Communication with the host was good and fast. The apartment was in the city centre, and about a 10 minute walk from Warszawa Centralna. I liked that we were able to check in early. The apartment's kitchen and bathroom was very clean. The fridge was properly clean also. The apartment was sufficiently spacious. It was tidy with obvious investment made in modernising it. The apartment was very secure with a locked gate, locked apartment block and three locks on the apartment door. The apartment had WiFi which worked. It was warm and comfortable.
  : The host cancelled our reservation and changed it with 4 days to go, to some other inferior apartment which had 3 beds instead of the 5 which we paid for. The apartment which we stayed at was in a street called Chmielna. It was in some sort of rough-looking, ex-Soviet apartment block (not we cared about that). The TV didn't work the whole time we were there (again, we didn't care). The shower was damaged in two places; the face plate was broken, and the shower head wasn't attached to the tube (again, as long as we could have some sort of shower, we didn't care). The mattresses had pee stains on them which isn't hygienic, but what can you do? There's always going to be someone who pees the bed.

  : What did I think of the breakfast? Weird question, as there was no breakfast included. How was the location? Location was ok. The apartment itself was ok too.
  : The property required to pay the returnable insurance deposit of 300 PLN (around 50% of my booking cost). Information about this should be highlighted during the booking process but it was concealed in some "Fine Print part of the property's website". We were not happy with this at all. Also we should have picked keys at a different location and there was a delay in receiving the code after I paid the deposit. So it took as about an hour to get the keys.

  : The apartment on the picture is NOT the same as it is in real!We discovered only one room the same as on picture - it was living room.Other bedrooms are not the same!

  : Location, coffee, tea compliments, washing machine. Generally fine for a 2-nights stay.
  : I expected a different room and in the first confirmation message there was a different address. The wardrobe doors and some in the cabinet were broken, the balcony had a broken glass vase which wasn't easy to move. So, having kids, we didn't use the balcony. No shampoo, no towel for feet.
