  : Location was good, shops were close for groceries and shopping. Transportation was also close and easy to use. Quite area
  : On arrival our booking was changed from building 10 to building 9 with no advance notification or explanation. It felt like a bait and switch. On line you see great pictures. Wben you get there it is just a plain appartment in need of modernizing. A fee was required for deposit of keys and misc. This should have been included in the booking fees and not at the time of entry to get the keys. The couch was stained and in need of cleaning . The automatic ignition for the cook stove did not work, so matches had to be purchased to light the gas stove. No kitchen towels were available, no soap for washing was available, only 4 little tube of body wash in bath room. There was no heat in the appartment and the weather was cold during our stay. If the building heat was not on yet, then a portable electric heater should have been provided. The door on the washing machine was broken and leaked when used. It took 2 days to dry clothes because of no heat !! I would not stay with this company again. I feel I was mislead about what was advertised to rent and what I actually got to stay in.

  : we did not have any breakfast. in general it was comfortable and the kitchen was almost well equipped. the place was big.
  : I did not liked the fact that hey asked us for 200 zelaty deposit. and when I texted them to ask if we could check out 1 hour later they responded really late. the shower wasn't working properly.
