  : Location was quite good
  : First of all, we booked apartment with parking. When polish host provided us check in data to the apartment, I asked details about parking. The host refused that we were entitled to free parking, I showed him screenshot of reservation where it was written that we should get it. They refused it and told me to purchase parking on my own for 32PLN/day and then they ignored me. Then I contacted booking.com and they confirmed that we were entitled to free parking and asked us to send them parking receipt after the end of our trip. We did it, total cost was 80PLN (we had reservation for 3 days). We sent receipt to host and booking.com, and at first host refused us to pay this amount and told that we could have found parking for 20PLN. After many discussions we got money for parking back, however because of currency conversion we still lost some money. Also, I lost a lot of time discussing this issue with them. Not conscientious host !

  : Good location, easy to get in, standard apartment, nothing fancy, but it does the job.
  : I didn’t have internet for two days in the apartment. I was on a business trip so it completely messed up my stay, i was supposed to work from the apartment. I asked for help during the first night, they just kept convinving me that it should work. They said they couldn’t do anything at night, they will fix it asap the next morning or they will give another apartment. Nothing happened the next morning, i called them again at 10 am, they acted like they heard about the issue the first time.Long story short, the problem was never solved.

  : Location is great, nice building.
  : The property looks much better on photos compared to reality. It is few years old and you can feel it. The heating worked not that fine so I had to use air conditioning in a heating mode to warm up the apartment. Cleaning is fine however some areas need much more attention. See photo, this is the area near the bad, covered with small carpet.

  : -The location is so good, every thing around the apartment.-the parking is free and too safe.-check in/out is so easy and comfortable.
  : - some of the staff maybe need some courses about talking to guests even if it is not a hotel.- In the apartment, some furniture is broken such as curtains, some of equipment in the bathroom also .. It should fix it before guests coming.
