  : such an awful service. 1. when I booked the room, I said that I would arrive in Poland at 11am and I needed the opportunity to check in earlier. the hotel received this message, confirmed my reservation, charged me the full amount, and then wrote that late check-in was not possible. as well as a refund upon cancellation of the reservation (despite the fact that I booked a week before arrival)2. when I asked what should I do until 4 pm? the manager said i dont know, maybe sit in caffe3. When I finally checked in, the wifi was not working in the room. the administrator promised to call back, I waited an hour and a half and called by myself4. for another hour she tried to find out what the problem was, and said that the router might be broken5. I asked Am I supposed to sit without the Internet because of this breakdown?. and she said yes6. she did not offer any alternatives, I did not hear an apology. I had to ask for the password from another Wi-Fi myself in order to start using the Internet

  : Quite street, so it was really good to skeep. in the room there are kitchen facilities, so you can cook.Self chek-in allow you to arrive at any time.
  : The location is not right in the center, but you can you tram or bus, the stations are quite close.

  : Semi-central location with easy connection to the center.
  : Absolutely filthy. Upon arrival I was met by someones black hair in the shower and toilet. Further inspection of the place revealed that the promised double bed is actually two single beds moved together. Impossible to sleep comfortably because you end up slipping between two mattresses. Whats worse, the mattress, the mattress protector, and the bedding had brown stains! One of the towels had a big hole in it (how old does a towel have to be to rip?!). Dont get me started on the mold in the shower and dirty walls.
