Motel 6-Warwick RI - Providence Airport - I-95

  : The housekeepers were quite nice and the management was decent.
  : This is more of a hostel than a motel or hotel. There are no rooms on the first floor and no elevators. So if you have any handicaps or disabilities this is not a place for you as you will have to drag your luggage up two flights of stairs. In addition the rooms on the second floor are also occupied by disenfranchised folks in need of shelter who have to check in with a social worker or case manager on site. So this motel 6 is also a holding area for these unfortunate folks till mid October. The outside entrance door smells of urine and feces and the rooms are dingy, the beds are worse than futons. Check out is 11 and some 5 people knocked on my door between 10:15 and 10:45 AM. Also msot of the towels were stained and you can only shower.

  : The receptionist was friendly. Separate building for smoking & non smoking rooms
  : - Wifi wasn't working - My bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working - Could smell smoke in a non-smoking room in a non- smoking building - Towels were dirty as if they were unwashed - Water was leaking out of AC - Tried to follow up with the manager to give an inconvenience discount. They are not responding. - Booking. Com is also not helping to coordinate with this motel.

  : desk clerk was mildly helpful. Would not accept a card but directed me to the ATM in the lobby. She did offer a solution to my issue left a note for the day clerk.
  : I booked 2 days. I arrived at 4 in the morning after driving 15 hours to get there from NC. They said they cancel reservations at 3. This was not stated in anything that I saw. They had 1 one bed left and I was traveling with 2 teen kids. I ended up paying more for 1 night than I had booked for 2 nights, had to pay in cash, and sleep on the floor so my kids could sleep in the bed.

  : I liked the window opened so I could breath air over the ammonia and dog shit flavored adobo aroma
  : No remote no fridge no working fire alarm had to hold my breath through the hallways as well as outside door D desks at every entrance for the residential staff for the migrants was the most unwelcoming place I ever stumbled upon & I've seen some shady shit bt this was an all new low I'm not easily scared off no thin skin here bt I'm itchy just thinking about this property & to top off the nightmare the blower in the ac unit did not circulate the freeze and took all night to cool off my room which by then waa check out & I was told that my ac worked fine and I didn't know how to use it basically tell me I had it on auto WHEN I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT I know better to operate settings on high med low so that it doesn't turn off on auto so overall it was bad & that's after first entering the threshold door being ajar and a towel being in my toilet and remote stolen and the beds ARE NOT QUEEN they're definitely full at best

  : The whole experience was not worth it. The property was more or less like a homeless shelter.
  : The whole property was like a smoking joint. Everywhere was smelling, there was non smoking rooms.
