  : Staffing and breakfast was the best part of your hotel along with location
  : Price of the hotel and valet service was costly, for that cost, parking should be free, and there was no microwave in the room, we had to go from the 15th floor to the lobby, every time we needed it to use the microwave, the light by the door should not be on with the blue light, it takes away from the calm, soothing and relaxing feeling that the blue light gives, not being able to use the balcony with a sliding glass was another downfall, we could not really enjoy the beautiful view of the city lights, that is advertised in your description of the hotel rooms, there was not enough Bellman and carts to even help us with our luggage, I had carrying it to the room myself after about 20 - 30 minutes, even valets try to assist and the check in staff but there just wasn't enough, need to hire more Bellman.

  : Room and hotel was very clean and staff were all helpful and friendly. The location was good and close to the national mall. Although the room wasn't very big, having two king beds was great for 4 people. A/C was nice and cool which was great when it was over 90 degrees out and we could come back to the hotel to rest and cool off after a busy day.
  : The hotel needs laundry rooms with washer and dryers - they offer laundry services but the price is per piece and expensive. The bathroom needs an active vent fan as the steam etc in the bathroom would build up. Beds were a bit hard. Wish there were better choices for food in the evenings - the in hotel restaurant menu is very limited at night as it's a business area and most of the places nearby close for dinner. Around the hotel is a bit confusing to navigate on foot.

  : Food staff were awesome, especially Mohammed.
  : The pool and access to it. The elevators that didn’t work, the door locked to the metro from the hotel, lack of cleaning the second day of our stay even though we requested it by lighting the doorbell and the restroom next to the restaurant was closed requiring us to cross the entire lobby to get to a restroom.
