  : The place is well located for tourism purposes. The room was spacious, and I love the big windows, giving you an amazing view of your surroundings.I love their breakfast and the fact that the chef himself was around to check if everything was OK. I am definitely going to book it next time I am in Washington.
  : The fact that I could use cash to buy anything at the reception like water or snacks. Otherwise, everything from my experience was great

  : Reservation was messed up and did not stay. Lobby seemed nice, a manager on duty was doing her best, I was not a fan of the other girl working with the manager.
  : The chaos of trying to check in. Not only was my reservation messed up and they were unable to fulfill, but several others ahead of us as well. We even got to the hotel early and were told to come back later as our room was not ready. In the end, Everything was cancelled and I was not charged a fee so I am happy about that but it was disorganized and the girl in the half shirt was not professional. Again, the manager seemed to be doing her best, I do not know her name. Somehow they completely overbooked rooms. Can’t say I dont recommend it, but I wouldn’t attempt to stay here again due to the fact it wasn’t just my reservation but several others as well being messed up and when traveling with kids these are not experiences we would want to go through again.

  : The rooms were dirty and there was always a pile of dirty linens laying in the hallway. Our air conditioner didn’t work and it took quite some time to be able to change rooms. The bathroom door was broke and unable to close

  : Carpet was wet upon arrival (explanation was maybe house cleaning spilled their mop bucket. And threw a pool towel down)Refrigerator did not work properly, they didn't have any blankets for the pull out couch,house keeping never came had to go to front deak on day 3 all they did was change sheets. We where out of toilet paper and they didn't replace it. Had to go ask front desk. And she joked to use our hands. Not funny!
