  : Even though it felt a little cheap and in disrepair, I guess it was pretty clean. The location was amazing.
  : The place was pretty dumpy and felt like it could use improvements. Paint peeling on walls in bathroom, downstairs toilet wobbled and literally up on a wooden shim on one side not sealed or attached to floor, couldn't get the ceiling light in living room to turn on, couldn't get the ceiling fan in living room to turn off, weird bed upstairs that seemed homemade, really uneven floors with cheap flooring. Just overall felt like a kind of outdated rundown apartment in need of renovation that was half-way thrown together to be an Airbnb. For the money and from what I was expecting from the pictures, I was pretty disappointed. I guess I was paying for the location.

  : Cute place..kinda far from. Everything but kiddo love park nearby. Overall host was great..thanks for your hospitality. Very respectfully Josephine
  : Floor kitchen is very poor squeecking and 1st floor bathroom is uneven and some water is leaking from back..does flush..really need major floor rebuild..foundation won't last.Upstairs bedrooms are not clean under beds..especially master bedrooms.

  : We really enjoyed our couple’s weekend house was clean decor was nice they had everything you could think of that you would need in the kitchen location was great plenty of space definitely would stay again
  : Smelled a little smoky but not bad. It only had one tv in the home which we thought would be a bother but we had so much fun we paid it no mind

Disappointing

  : The washer and dryer were very convenient. Also, a 7 minute walk to the metro and a 10 minute walk to the grocery store. Multiple food options within 5 minute walk.
  : The floor in the kitchen sloped back and felt like we would fall through in certain spots. The toilet in the bathroom downstairs was very unstable and rocked back and forth. Also, the light in that bathroom would not turn off. The floors in every room were dirty. The sink in the kitchen drained exceptionally slow and the garbage disposal didn't work. No central ac in the house, so the rooms with no window unit or room unit got extremely humid during the day. Very limited channels on the TV.
