  : Quiet location. Pleasant and responsive staff. Clean linens and towels. Comfortable bed.Keurig was available in room
  : Wifi was inadequate. Not all tv channels were available to view. It appeared some were blacked out. Breakfast wasnt complementary and not worth the $12 price. There appeared to be a moldy substance in a corner of the room.

  : The rooms have a strange smell. The rooms don't have air conditioning in one of the most humid and hot cities in the country. The room was baking unless the window was left open, and that air was cold. The bed wasn't great either.

  : Room was clean and comfortable but could have used some minor repairs.

  : It was located in a quiet area that was away from the city center but close enough that we could walk to restaurants and the metro. It was also visually appealing and clean- minus the cockroaches that randomly appeared in the bathroom.
  : The communication about their garage being closed was no where to be found on their website. They posted it would be open after renovations on January 1, 2024. We arrived in April and it was closed. They also did not have any type of air on for our room.

  : I like the room and the overall appearance of the hotel. It had a regal and vintage aesthetic to the hallways and rooms. Overall, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating with me during my travel. Special thanks to hotel employee who helped me check in.
  : I do think the room is decent size if you were traveling with a partner, however, I do think the views outside the window was not as pleasant. The window was not overlooking the city, it was facing the side of the building.

  : I have stayed at the Normandy a few times before and I can say that is a cozy neighborhood boutique hotel. It has everything you need without paying for the extras you don't.
  : During this visit, we were placed on the ground floor with windows looking onto the breakfast room. So we couldn't open our shades. The staff upon check in were not overly friendly and we had to ask for information- like the wifi password and breakfast time. We also were woken up multiple times during the night by Rats or Mice in the walls of our room. Not a pleasant stay.
