  : Our hotel room floor was not clean what so ever. Their game room was just a bunch of gambling machines and the pool area wasnt the cleanest.

  : The cleanliness wasn't the greatest, I've worked for hotels for many years. Vacuuming in the rooms is needed a little more, I had young kids and underbed and nightstand need more attention. Also, refrigerators in both rooms needed to be upgraded, you can't turn either temperature up or down they were broken, barely could keep food cold. oh, and both fans in bathrooms weren't working so keep door cracked to make sure weren't steamed out when showering and had to deal with odor from people pooping not pleasant. Not pleasant to have fans running in pool area making it cold, when it's so cold outside. I don't believe the cost of rooms match the quality you get for rooms.

  : The carpet on our room had pet stains all over it and it really smelled. I realize that they have certain rooms delegated for pets, but they need to make sure that its clean.

  : They have poolside rooms. Most of the staff are friendly
  : I booked 2 rooms for a little getaway for my 41st birthday for 4 adults and 4 children. At check in the person at the front desk was rude telling us we better not be planning on having a party and better be watching our children at all times who were between 10-14 years old. She also told us if we were to get loud she would close the pool and kick us out. She tried to claim that the policy's I agreed to through Priceline didn't matter that it's up to the hotel. She said that 2 adults and 2 children per room was too many. I just wanted to relax with a couple of close friends and our kids. Later in the evening our teen daughters were walking to the vending machine in their swimsuits and she told them they didn't belong out of their rooms without an adult and they need put clothes on and not walk around half naked. She then told me I need to tell the girls to put clothes on but said nothing about the 2 boys in swimming trunks. Earlier in the evening she yelled at a young boy that was in the hot tub with his dad and made him cry. The boy was around 6-8 years old but she said the policy had changed that you needed to be 12 to be in the hot tub. The boys father didn't even speak English and she didn't try to explain it to him. The hot tub jets were not working and haven't been for quite sometime.
