  : The person at the desk told me once I checked in that my reservation was canceled because they didn’t have any rooms. I never received any cancellation emails or notifications.

  : I liked that it was close to my family and the interstate. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
  : I didn’t like the cleanliness of the rooms and no bacon during the week at breakfast. When I checked in about 3:40 they gave me a king suite by the elevator, when I booked a double queen suite for me and my brother. That wasn’t good, so they had to change it. I was told the only room they had cleaned was right next to the elevator and I didn’t want that. We had to wait because they only had 2 housekeepers working and they couldn’t tell me how long it would take to get us a new room. Glad I had family nearby. We left and came back around 10:00 to check in. They gave us a room and we went up to check it out. There was hair all in the beds and on the floor of the entryway and bathroom. There also was a big red spill on the bedside by the table. We went back down and the young lady was waiting for us because she was watching on the camera and saw us coming. At this point I was just tired of this and told her just give us new sheets and we would clean the room ourselves. She said no and gave us another room and it was fairly clean, we thought! Turned the TV on and it wasn’t working so the young lady came to our room and rebooted it and it came on. I can’t remember her name but she was a black woman with favor tatted on her neck!! She handled everything very professionally. If it wasn’t for her I probably would’ve gotten angry. When I was about to use the restroom a big spider was on the wall by the toilet. I killed it! Unbeknownst to us it also had what seemed to be cum stains on the side of the bed slip at the bottom! We didn’t see that until the next morning because it was dark and we were tired. I didn’t say anything about it because we had already slept so I just tried not to let my feet touch the bed down there.i also saw a red stain on the comforter on my bed.
