  : We called extended stay to cancel one of two reservations and were walked through how to cancel the correct one but when we showed up they said our room was cancelled and the wrong room was still available but we could ant have it since it was in our employee's name. They would not allow us to have that room, jacked up the price for us to get a room that night. and it was late and we had no options.

  : Location is great. Walmart and gas stations up the street. Plenty of eateries.
  : Room was very dingy and dirty. Fridge had food spills dripping from the doors. All Floors were sticky, bathroom didnt even have a hair dryer. No safe to place valuables. The beds were terrible, they had no structure and you could feel every spring. Aside from having a kitchenette, there was nothing appealing about this location.My family came in a large group for a soccer tournament nearby, and we booked 2 rooms, they didnt accomodate to have us close together. The entire facility smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast was coffee tea and pre-packaged muffins and a few granola bars.I also fell in the room. The rolling office chair that sat at the rolling desk had a very slick seat and when going to sit down, theres no traction on the slick plastic floors, so you end up sliding out of your chair and onto the floor.

Bed mattress not comfortable, no lobby or seating area to sit, no bell at counter to summon desk clerk and the free breakfast limited sterile package item. The room’s kitchen was not equipped to prepare a meal no dishes, utensils, or pot to cook.
