  : If Westborough is your destination, the location is ideal .. Management is most helpful and considerate. The downstairs facilities are convenient if you have visitors, and their business support, if required is helpful for things like IT support
  : It was a bit noisy at times due to children residents of the Inn.

  : This is not a hotel for everyday guests who need a night or two to stat. This hotel was packed with Refugees who were in and out of the hotel and extremely noisy. Believe me I have nothing against the refugees being in a hotel but it should be noted on the advert. I was attending a funeral and needed time to rest and reflect and this was not possible. The room was clean but it had a strange smell and had insects. They did put a note under the door to say that the hotel would be sprayed, however mine was never done and my room was never attended to. The staff who I saw were ever so helpful Paul the manager and the maintenance man, so I cannot fault them. I just feel that the hotel needs to advise that it is not a hotel for tourists.

  : It was nice. Quiet.
  : We were told we had to put $100 additional deposit that would be refunded immediately upon check out. It was not. I had contacted them and they told me within 24 hours. It was not. I had contact them again and I was told that it would be 3 to 5 business days. It still has yet to be returned. I will be calling them tomorrow to ask them about the deposit once again. The room itself was already on the more pricey side for two nights and ask for an additional $100 deposit Just seemed like a little overboard.

  : Room looked nice. recently redone. Room is clean. Could use a rug or two by the bed and in front of desk. The manager, Paul greeted us in the morning and said new windows would be installed sometime.
  : Room smelled strongly of perfumery air freshner when we entered. We tried to open window, but it was very stuck. No screen. We got window open, but had to get the lady at the front desk and a young soldier to help close it. My husband got a big bloody gash in his arm from trying to close window and it hurts a lot. Shower is scary with no grab bars. Chair at desk should be on a rug because it rolls when one sits on it and someone is going to get hurt.

  : The bed was comfortable and the manager Paul was very nice
  : Noise, I didnt know work was being done and there was a ladder literally against my window people talking loud and working. Vacuuming at 6am, kids crying , dog parking and the list goes on.

  : This property should be condemned. It's an old, dingy, run down building covered up with a fresh coat of paint. Rather than a lobby, there is a kiosk the size of an ATM next to the entrance. A virtual "attendant" with a fake hotel lobby as their zoom background checks you in and the machine dispenses your room key. The hallways smell old and musty and although the rooms appear decent at first glance, they are full of mold and a severe health risk. I checked in at 10 pm, went to bed around midnight and was unable to sleep at all because of the toxic environment. By 3am, I had an excruciating headache and was unable to breathe properly. I reached out the front desk in an attempt to change rooms, but didn't hear back for an hour so instead packed up and checked out. Despite submitting photos of the window sills covered in mold and explaining the situation, a refund was never given. The hotel denied the mold and all accountability.
