  : The downstairs was completely unusable given the high temperatures (you virtually cannot sleep down there). The apartment as a whole felt like a sauna (likely given its location under the heating system for the entire building) - we slept with all the windows open despite the rain because it would otherwise be unbearable. Despite this, even if we closed the doors and windows for an hour, the "sauna-like" feeling remained. For the fact that you're paying a cleaning fee, the apartment had cobwebs in multiple locations and could have been cleaner. The personnel during key pickup were unwelcoming and unfriendly, which was a horrible way to start our vacation. They were also unresponsive to our emails, and we had to call them directly before we were acknowledged.
