Policies

WiFi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Aquastar Inn in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please be advised that the lobby closes promptly at 5:00 PM (off season) and at 9:00 PM (in season).

Please call the hotel to make arrangements to get your room key if you plan to arrive later, as you will not be able to get into your room otherwise.
