  : Wonderful views! Bedrooms very spacious, very clean, parking just around the corner.
  : The shower/ hot water definitely needs improvement..the hot water would either scold you or not ever be hot! And the oven isn't very good took us some time to cook breakfast, i understand it was a 3 bedroom accommodation but other then the very tight kitchen table there was no communal space..we ended up sitting on the floor in one bedroom to play a board game and watch a film in the evening, all in all it was just what was needed for 1 night..maybe a few nights the issues above mixed with the amount of stairs would be an issue for us.

  : Very clean 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen. The apartment is really nice and overlooks the sea at the far end of Weston-super-Mare. The staff were absolutely brilliant and made the trip to be honest. Very friendly and helpful. The bar was great.
  : It would have been nice if the restaurant had been serving food but I also understand why they weren't. For those with any mobility issues there is no lift and also the pier/town centre is quite a walk from the location but not a problem for us.

  : The location is good, near the beach and restaurants within walking distance.
  : Unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. The sofa in my room had an unpleasant odor, resembling that of urine. Additionally, I discovered that there was no hair dryer available for use. I also had issues with the ventilation fan. It had been switched off, most likely by someone else. When I turned it on, it made a tremendously loud noise, similar to a train approaching. This disturbed my peace and quiet during my stay. Furthermore, the room's proximity to the street resulted in excessive noise from passing vehicles and the activities of the adjacent restaurant. The noise during the restaurant's closing hours, including the disposal of bottles and the staff's late-night conversations, was particularly disruptive. Adding to the inconvenience, there were early morning disturbances due to the delivery truck unloading goods around 6 am. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep.Moreover, both myself and my friends experienced itching when sleeping on the bed. Although the staff did agree to change the bedsheet upon our request, these experiences, along with the previous concerns, left us dissatisfied with the overall quality of our stay.Considering the price paid for accommodation, I would say that I cannot recommend this hotel.

  : The size was a great deal smaller than we were expecting. Indeed, we thought wed reserved the same apartment as our last stay in November 2021. The living space was non-existent with the TV in the kitchen. The double room had no bedside lamp. The fridge has no freezer compartment. The bathroom was very cramped with the toilet located right next to the towel rail. The ironing board was wonky. The walls in the kitchen were damp resulting in paint leaching. We never once met any member of staff. The bed linen was frayed and the bedside lamp in the single bedroom was broken. The apartment is obviously well-used and needs a refresh.
