  : This apartment is fantastic, so grand in decor, spacious & comfortable with such pretty gardens & easy parking. Apartment has Netflix, DVDs & games for evenings in. Sneaton is a fabulous quiet base for exploring Whitby & the surrounding area. Can drive into Whitby in 5 mins & park for free in the streets on the West Cliff which is only a 5 min walk to the coastal walk that leads you down into the town. We did the Monks trod walk from Sneaton (start point 5 mins walk from apartment) to Whitby (takes around 50 mins to Ruswarp & then railway path to Whitby a further 30 mins). The local pub, Wilsons Arms is great & Breacon Farm cafe & ice-cream just 5 mins walk away from apartment too. Fab places close by to explore are: Whitby, Whitby to Sandsend beach walk, Straithes, Falling Foss waterfall, Pickering, Thornton le Dale (Bangers & Cash), Ravenscar (must go into Raven Hall Hotel grounds.. amazing view from beer garden & check out the tiered battlement type gardens), Robin Hoods Bay, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Sleights art/glass studio..
