  : Yes alot first they tried to put me in a room with a busted window that had been taped then they put me in a no smoking room that was nasty had ashes in the floor of the bathroom ice machine was broke over all this place was horrible

  : The batteries for the remote died so I had to change channels manually. AC was very loud, it worked and I was comfortable but it was loud.

  : I liked the location and I liked the fact that it was a smoking hotel.
  : I realize that hotels that allow pets and smoking are not going to be 5 stars. And believe me this review allows for that. When I entered the room I noticed that there was dust and cobwebs hanging from the popcorn ceiling. There were cigarette butts on the vanity and the ice bucket had ash residue. The vent in the bathroom was so dirty and dusty I briefly worried about Legionaire's Disease When I stepped out of the tub after showering the next morning the residue on the bottom of the tub was so bad I left a dirty impression of a footprint good enough to identify my by on the bath mat. The floors were so dirty when I got in bed at night I had to brush stuff off the bottom of my feet. All in all, nothing I couldn't have fixed myself with a vacuum, broom, mop, some cleaning chemicals, and an hour or 2 of time. Very sad.

  : There was no breakfast. The toilet seat was broken. The door would not lock when we left. Accessable room was reserved and none were available with no prior notification!
