  : They were able to accommodate an early check in for us which was SO appreciated. We enjoyed the grounds and use of the spa included with our stay. The library area and small in-house coffee shop/eatery was great.
  : The front desk staff was not very friendly. The cost was steep for a hostel room (albeit private) with shared bathroom.

  : This Society Hotel in Bingen has a lot of potential and is in a beautiful setting. We love the sauna and outdoor jacuzzi though it was quite crowded-- drop-in visitors can be managed or limited much better for hotel guests. The cafe staff were warm and worked hard despite being short staffed. Housekeeping staff work hard and do a great job with cleaning though seem to be poorly managed.
  : Front-end staff and management of the hotel need great improvement. Communication and hospitality needs to be much more professional and when mistakes are made with guest bookings, they need to be resolved smoothly and quickly to avoid unnecessary stress for guests. We were left with a very bad taste in our mouths after this stay when we were not able to transfer to our cabin as promised in a timely fashion. We were left without any solution for several hours as to when we could get into our cabin, though we were promised an easy move to happen quickly and easily the night before. Lastly, our stay was fully charged to my cc despite a great effort to have our stay charged to our gift certificate ): despite our clear communications. When trying to get this payment error resolved (via phone), we were met with rudeness and a lack of true professionalism and accountability to fix the problem right away.

  : We've rent the two bedrooms cabin. It corresponds to our expectation. Reservation for the bath/sauna was easy to book. The place is not too big but just enough. The view of the mountain is amazing !
  : I wish they would accept a "late check for at least 30 minutes" but they didn't accept during a week day. Be aware that train pass by even during night time so make sure to put ear plugs as it's very noisy.
