  : The location is convenient and not far from where my daughter lives.
  : Shower had no pressure, notified the staff and asked them to fix it. Shower never got fixed! Told them there were kids above my floor running and jumping off the beds and they done nothing about that either! Usually go to visit my daughter 4 or 5 times a year and I stay there, but will not be staying there anymore !

  : There’s nothing to like about this property except the location. The paint was peeling off the large, neon lit sign outside my window, the trim was also falling off! When I arrived to check in, they told me my credit card was declined! I had to show my receipt that it was paid in full in March. My brother, my ride, from the airport ask the clerk where he could use the restroom and the clerk replied “it’s out of order” my brother wears a prosthetic leg and had to climb a flight of stairs to come and use my room restroom. Once in the room, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I went to open the window to get some air and there wasn’t a screen on the window, unable to open the window due to mosquitoes!! The carpet was filthy to put it mildly. The furniture is old and outdated as well as the curtains. Went the next morning to the lobby for the continental breakfast but the clerk said” no continental breakfast due to Covid!!! That night when I returned home, I had to take my trash to the front desk so they could throw it away. No cleaning services? Went to due my laundry and no soap in the soap dispenser machine.I went down to print my boarding pass but the printer was broken!! Then, my key card no longer worked….. this place advertises all the amenities… business office, laundry on site, continental breakfast,smoke free rooms, clean room and member of the Wyndham family!!!! This place is a hot mess from soup to nuts as they say. Absolutely disgusting!!! False advertisement!! Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

  : Elevatoe was out of sercice no fist floor rooms i am disabled employees stole my things then when j asked for comp my reserv was cancelled with false allegations of damage theft and messes commited at previous hotels on the area. Unfounded lies that i can prove wrong due t proof of all deposits returned at the end of all stays always.

  : could of been a breakfast like was stated in the booking the room was not clean we found a bed bug and when we came back from Chicago my daughter came back with bite marks all over her not a place I will ever be staying again and should be refunded for at least one if not both days for the sheer hassle and the marks on my daughter not a happy dad
