  : The housekeeping staff deserves all the credit. The pool, property and rooms were spotless. The location was great too. I was initially excited to stay here because this was the motel of my childhood under the previous owner, Lola.
  : This motel is over priced. While the Doo Wop charm of the Wildwoods is apparent on the outside, the inside is done at a bargain rate. Bathroom is not updated just painted over and you can see where the paint is chipping off. The mattress and bed frame are uncomfortable. The pillows are so thin it's like they are not even there and there are no extra pillows or blankets in the room as is typically standard in all other motels I have stayed in. Bring your own pillows if you stay here. The only toiletries available are tiny bars of soap. In saying this, understand that after a lot of research on Booking, Beach Colony is one of the only motels I could finding charging a 23% services fee on top of their nightly rate and taxes! That equals close to an extra $200 on a short weekend stay. Nearly every other motel on Booking is only charging 5% services fee. Check your bill carefully! I am also disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager on site. Take your money somewhere else. I have stayed in better places in the Crest.
