  : The only thing we liked was it was close to the beach
  : The fact I called before check in because I had a family emergency & the staff member was very nice as well as understanding gave me time to call back to let him know when I could arrive which was very kind considering I already booked & paid in full for my stay, however when I arrived with myself, my son an my daughter the woman that was working with the man that assisted & kind was not so understanding & kind so my children & I had to wait over an hour having to use the bathroom after our long drive an kept shoeing me away to then tell me once I finally called them on the phone because contacting booking.com was impossible to get on the phone because now they couldn’t find my reservation when I tried calling an the automatic system kept saying NO CONFIRMATION FOUND YET THEY TOOK MY MONEY AN SENT ME THE CONFIRMATION AND RESERVATION NUMBER TO MY EMAIL AND PHONE TO DOWNLOAD THE APP WHICH I DID THAT TOO SO I HAD IT ON MY PHONE.. Long story short I have irritated teens trying to have a good time, having to use the bathroom and are hungry an tired from the trip an situation we had during the trip trying to come to enjoy ourselves at wildwood nj during summer break.. then tried to charge me twice…… luckily it wasn’t aloud per my bank THANK GOD!!!! The one pool on the side we had to stay on is green so my kids didn’t want to swim in it so we just had to go to the boardwalk when that wasn’t our plans but being as tho everyone was irritated an upset for the long wait an being hungry an stressed prior to getting here it just made everything worse an irritating. They didn’t understand our frustrations & another complained about their room an the pool as well.. it’s non refundable room an booking.com shouldn’t do that if they don’t know how it’s going to plan out nor how the employees are to paying guest!!!

  : Saw a bed bug, even had proof, and when i called the next day the staff was insanely rude and basically called me a lot and did nothing.

  : Proximity to the boardwalk and the beach.
  : The room was crowded (small passage to the bathroom) and in need of updates. The sink was broken. The shower had no cold water. The refrigerator was rusted. The blanket was dirty. The TV had no satellite connection. Wifi is so weak that my kids couldn't even watch a movie on the iPad without it buffering all the time. I notified staff and they transferred us to an upgraded room, which is the room I thought I was getting to begin with! They made a note that they weren't going to charge me the extra cost, like they were doing ME a favor after giving me a horrible room to begin with. The AC in the room was so loud my kids could barely sleep. I could hear it even with ear plugs in! 2 out of the 3 pools on the property were non-functional. Additionally, the beach and sidewalks had trash everywhere and smelled of urine. I am never coming back to Wildwoods. What a trash town!

  : close to boardwalk and beach. Close to food.
  : Advertised 3 pools only 1 open , and front desk kept saying it will be open tomorrow . My TV didn't work for 24 hours. ( that's why I left a day early .( not paying for last day. always saying someone will be there in 5 minutes to fix .

  : The owner was very rude with us also the staff was very bad , the room is not completely comfortable the pool is very small and was smelly very bad , not enough space for parking , when i go to the reception to talk to the owner she told me go out from my motel and the money is not refundable, she make a photo for my card and she make another payment after i left the property, vey bad
