  : No Bugs or insects in the room thankfully.
  : The manager is a smoker, so if you don’t like the smell of smoke, the office and entrance smells of cigarette smoke. Any extra towels I asked for, it was mandatory I return my dirty ones first. No extra towels would be provided and it was a hassle to get even one extra. When I booked the room on Booking.com, the room was called a 4-bed suite with two twins and two queens which was a lie. I got there and there was 2 queens beds and two semi oull out chairs! Not even a pull out couch, but chairs, about ¼ or less the size of an actual twin-size bed. Owner refused to give the money back. So, I paid around $1000 for 3 nights while all the other guests getting the same kind of room, and two beds which is what I actually got, paid around $500 for three nights. When trying to get some money back, she said she’d give 20 bucks back per night and it ended with only $100 back and she profited an extra $400 on my stay and that $400 should have been back in my pocket. I did find a hair in my bed and my friend also found a hair. I also found the paint from a fingernail in my bed. We didn’t complain as at this point wanted to just sleep. The bathroom sink had a toothpaste cap stuck in the sink drain. Lastly, the light in the bathroom was severely dusty and needed a good sucking up of all that dust with a vacuum hose. The a/c unit also left a smoky smell when it was set to around 74F but luckily it didn’t smoke all the time. Probably bc it’s too dusty and also needs it’s filters cleaned. I made sure to point out every issue at the Twilight Motel because I overpaid on this room and didn’t get my money’s worth as the room cost almost double what all the other rooms cost and didn’t actually have two more beds like the advertisement said it would have. The manager had the 20 dollar bills in her pocket, ready to make a deals for the only $100 back, I could tell it was a game and not the first time a guest was scammed.

  : ants crawling on my family while we were sleeping...the floor was dirty, and one of the floor tiles were missing. there was a dirty bowl, stacked with the clean ones...we just got bitten up by the ants....

  : Lots of drain flies. Slippery mold under the mat in the bathtub. Random hairs in the room. Spilled something on the floor. When I cleaned it up the towel was brown.

  : Shooting just happened around the corner, people yelling in the middle of the night to “wake up”, ants in the room, etc.

  : Room size was small and not what was advertised upon booking. Staff argued that the booking could be an option of 2 different types of rooms but I specifically chose a certain room size for a reason. Room did not provide enough amenities for the size of our group.

  : Our room was small, but it was good enough for the two of us and we were only there for the weekend I would definitely get a bigger room next time if I’m gonna stay longer
