  : The in was inn is a nostalgic place. A time capsule of historic Route 66. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the heart of the of the little town of Williams, but far enough away to be quite.
  : In all fairness, covid concerns and practices are most likely cause of my lowered level of satisfaction. No breakfast was provided due to this and it was one of the selling points on the Booking sites. Again I understand the why, but still a bit of a let down. The other item was there did not seem to be any staff onsite. There was a lady straightening up when we got there, but after that it was like we were staying at someone's home who wasn't there. Almost like house sitting. Maybe we just hit it at an odd time when traffic was low.

  : It's winter, there was a snowstorm there. We didn't have any heat in the room, had to beg for a space heater. Plus we weren't given the correct room key. Luckily there was a worker there and we got the correct key.

  : Location was excellent being walking distance to everything in town. And really friendly staff.
  : The beds weren't comfortable woke up with back aches.

  : No breakfast (unlike what website listed), no Wi-Fi ( like what the website listed), no hot water (I just assumed this was included). Contacted through the website owner/host just wanted to argue. Would not stay again!

  : The location
  : The hotel had NO amenities. When I booked it said there was cable tv, WiFi, and breakfast this hotel had none of those. There was also no hot water in the shower. We had to shower at a truck stop, I tried contacting staff and never got ahold of anyone.

  : Not never got breakfast no one around. I expected coffee to be made we checked about 745. Had to leave so we went out to eat.
  : Have someone to greet you. Never saw anyone. People in front yard waiting for a person. We went for a walk and they were still waiting.
