  : Air-conditioning was adequate if left on. It was on when I first checked in and the room was cool and comfortable given the hot and muggy Iowa night. Sheets/blankets/pillow were clean and fresh. Plenty of hot water. The price was under every one else, and, much under the recognized brand names.
  : With my Google map not working I really needed an english speaker that was familiar with the local area to give directions. They would not stay on the phone to help me out. It was midnight. And, I am a stranger to these parts. There was never any light into the bedroom portion only what shined through from the entry way/lavatory sink area. The fuse blew when I plugged in the microwave. He reset it right away, but, no microwave from then on. No bath tube plug. Drained slowly. You will be showering in ankle deep water. The place was as stark as I have ever seen them.

  : Staff was friendly.Location made "getting around" very convenient.Irregardless what this app rates my review.. it shouldn't be over a 2.0 on a 5.0 scale......
  : One light switch didn't work, it wasn't the bulb.AC condenser leaked water onto carpet.Cold water pressure was very, very low, dribble in sink. This caused water tank on stool to take 5 mins or so to refill.It is in desperate need of maintenance.
