  : Bathroom was not clean. I had to wash out coffee pot to use it. There was stink bugs all over the room. The clock did not work. When we went to have breakfast the food was either stale and hard or soggy. It is not called Rhodway anymore.

  : the staff apologized for the construction and gave me a handicapped room
  : not at all what I expected. I chose this hotel because of breakfast, there was no breakfast due to construction. I was charged extra for a handicapped room. there were no shower soaps or shampoos. disappointed

  : I did not like anything it was a horrible nasty place to stay and the employees were extremely disrespectful and rude. Did not even end up staying there.
  : Like above disrespectful and rude I paid for my room it shows on my bank statement I paid for it and they insisted that my card did not go through and that I need to still book and purchase as room even though I had already done that.

  : Nice size bed and bedroom.The staff was very nice
  : Could clearly tell by the smell someone had been smoking and I cleaned out the air filter and my room because I could tell it had not been cleaned out in a very long time. Beyond that the staff was super nice.

  : Not a God damn thing. It was all bad. Location, customer service, room readiness. It all sucked.
  : Was not told there was all kinds of construction going on around facility. Could not locate entrance when got there. Had to drive thru gas station and restaurant parking lot to get to it. Once there and all unpacked got into heated discussion with manager because of TV was not working properly and he stood in my room trying to program TV for good half hour. I was tired. I wanted to relax. So I started complaining. Pointed out the refrigerator was all iced up and told him this room is not ready. Finally manager offered me new room. I had already unpacked so wasnt happy about packing back up to move down 4 rooms. So I continued complaining. Finally he told me to leave. To get out. To go. Gave me refund and kicked me out. I will never stay at another Rodeway Inn nor will I suggest anyone else stay there. They arent that great. Motel 6 us just a little more and rooms much nicer. Plus at least Motel 6 knows what customer service is.

  : The guy at the front desk was great. He was cheerful and full of life, I loved it. He also had me park my moving truck right near the front at the camera so he could keep an eye on it. Was just a great guy.
  : Not for sure I guess the room was a bit warm when we first came in, but the air conditioner cooled it before too long.
