  : The breakfast was good. There was a lot of variety and everything seemed fresh. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The space of the room was good. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Lamps with USB ports. Fridge Good parking
  : Elevator seemed as if it was going to break, very noisy. The people in the rooms near us were very loud and with the un insulated rooms, it was very hard to sleep. We did not like that there was no hand soap at the sink. The fixtures for the shower seemed very fragile and not good quality- like very cheap. The faucet to the shower moved turning it on and off. No fan in the bathroom to defog after a shower. The coffee was horrible.

  : FRONT DESK STUFF ARE SCAMMERS RUDE AND ABUSE PATRONS I AM A FRAGILE SENIOR CITIZEN, I HAD TO MOVE OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO ANOTHER HOTEL BECAUSE I WAS SCARED FOR MY LIFE FRONT DESK GUYS WERE DRUNK AND HIGH ON DRUGS AND HAD GIRLS DRINKING IN THE BACK ROOM THEY SAID THAT ALL CAMERAS ARE DISCONNECTED

  : The bathroom walls had mold on the ceiling. Rusted tub from the leak that was coming from tub spout. The water leaking noise stopped my sleep The front desk staff was unfriendly and not very attentive.

  : I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. But the location of the food was good. The coffee smelled good, and they had good options. Fruit, cereal, juice. etc. Also items in the cooler, they had ice cream.
  : We checked in right before 6pm, and our room was FREEZING! The Air conditioning was set at 64 degrees! Ridiculous that the staff didn't check the temp while cleaning. We put our stuff down and left after turning down the temp. We returned that evening around 1am and found that 20 square feet of carpet was SOAKING WET with the condensation from the Air Conditioner being set so low. (This is the first time we took our shoes off so this is when we 1st noticed.) I took my complaints to the night manager and he was very nice and friendly. He offered us another room, but my wife was already ready for bed. To top it all off, the next morning, as we were about to leave, I found a cockroach on the bed. Gross. I will say that we have stayed at this hotel many times before, and have had no problems. But this was terrible, I want a partial if not full refund. The clerk up front said he would make a note of our problem and recommend us for a refund.

  : The staff is wonderful! Every single member I interacted with went above and beyond!
  : The rooms are in a bit of disrepair - despite the fact that the hotel does not seem to be that old. Nothing major but a lot of wall and wallpaper patching and generally showing age. It might be time for a freshen up.
