  : Location was perfect, just what we needed for a stopover. Comfortable beds and easy check in and out.
  : The pool was closed and my daughter was looking forward to a swim. There were construction workers right outside our fourth floor bedroom window in the morning and it was very noisy.

  : There was construction everywhere that was not explained when setting up 2-night stay with booking.com. Pool was closed and conference rooms were closed to renovations. I was there with my family on a work trip and had to be on VP level calls. I booked this place to either have my family by the pool during meeting or in the event of rain I could go to conference room. but instead had to have my family stay quite during my 2-hour meeting and then had people doing construction on the wall right outside my room. we only stayed 1 night due to all of the issues and went and booked another hotel. very upset and disappointed!!!!
  : No transparency about the construction when booking the room. And all the loud construction during day while on meetings outside my room. Pool closed; Conference rooms closed. Staff could care less about the issues and i had to get loud just to get a refund issued for one night and was even given an attitude when they were doing that.

  : Noise.. Barking dog in early morning that woke me up, could easily hear people talking. I will request next time to be on a floor without dogs.

  : did not know that building was under a total remodel had to park around construction vehicles and not sign telling us where to enter building and had to walk through Construction to get to front desk

  : Construction everywhere, couldn’t even open the curtains because the window was covered. Room was okay but overall stay not worth the money.
  : No notice of renovation, other than the pool. Now we not to stay at Hampton.
