  : House is very small and quaint, perfect for an out of the city getaway. We were a family of four with two kids and it was more than enough space. They had games and tv which was perfect for the kids. Everything is provided outside to roast marshmallows and make smores. Hays city store was close by and had AMAZING FOOD and atmosphere. HEB is also very close for any food or items you may need. Home also has central air which was such a relief during the hot days we stayed.
  : We found at least 20 roaches during our stay. In addition, the facility wasnt super clean. Lots of dust and dead bugs around beds, nightstands, media console, bathrooms, couches. I understand were surrounded by nature but roaches are a no no and someone needs to hit this home with a vacuum wand attachment. Overall we loved our stay, it just needs to be cleaned better and sprayed for roaches ahead of time. Especially for the price we paid Also the refrigerator does NOT work well at all. We had to place alot of our food in the freezer portion to stay cool And to use the oven, you have to open the fridge in order to open the oven door.
